All the Mods 10 Bosses

ATM10 doesn't add its own bosses. Instead, boss fights come from the many mods included in the pack. From the Souls-like dungeons of L'Ender's Cataclysm to the magical forests of Twilight Forest and the alien landscapes of Eternal Starlight, there are over 30 boss encounters waiting for you. This guide covers every major boss, where to find them, and how to beat them.

L'Ender's Cataclysm

The biggest boss mod in ATM10. Cataclysm adds Souls-like combat encounters with complex mechanics, multiple phases, and unique loot. These bosses are found in custom-generated structures throughout the world.

Main Bosses (Recommended Progression Order)

1. Netherite Monstrosity

Location: Soul Blacksmith structure in the Nether

Difficulty: Medium

Your first Cataclysm boss. A massive golem-like creature in the Nether. Drops the Burning Ashes, a powerful weapon. This is the recommended starting point for the Cataclysm progression.

2. Ender Guardian

Location: Ruined Citadel in the End

Difficulty: Medium-Hard

A mechanical guardian found in End structures. Has ranged laser attacks and melee swipes. Drops Void Core materials used for powerful gear.

3. The Harbinger

Location: Overworld structures

Difficulty: Hard

Awakened using a Nether Star. A fearsome boss with devastating melee attacks and area-of-effect abilities. One of the most iconic Cataclysm encounters.

4. Ancient Remnant

Difficulty: Hard

A skeletal dinosaur-like creature wearing an ancient pharaoh headdress. Found in pyramid-style structures. Has charge attacks and tail sweeps.

5. The Leviathan

Location: Ocean structures

Difficulty: Hard

A massive underwater boss. Requires preparation for aquatic combat. Drops unique ocean-themed equipment.

A multi-headed creature found deep underground. One of the more challenging Cataclysm bosses with multiple attack patterns.

Location: End structures

Difficulty: Very Hard

A cursed dragon boss. One of the toughest encounters in the pack. Requires high-tier gear and good dodging skills.

8. Ignis

Location: Nether structures

The final Cataclysm boss. A fire-based entity with devastating attacks. Considered one of the hardest fights in all of ATM10. Bring fire resistance and your best gear.

Twilight Forest

The Twilight Forest dimension has its own boss progression. Bosses must be defeated in order, as each one unlocks the next area. Access the dimension by throwing a diamond into a 2x2 pool of water surrounded by flowers.

1. Naga

Location: Naga Courtyard (open grassy area)

A giant snake that circles around a courtyard. The first boss you'll face in Twilight Forest. Relatively simple but fast. Drops Naga Scales used for armor.

2. Twilight Lich

Location: Lich Tower

A powerful undead mage at the top of a tall tower. Has three phases: shields phase (reflect his projectiles), summoning phase, and direct combat. Drops Lich Trophy and Scepters.

3. Minoshroom

Location: Labyrinth (underground maze)

Half minotaur, half mooshroom. Found at the bottom of a complex labyrinth. Has charge attacks and high health.

4. Hydra

Location: Hydra Lair (Fire Swamp)

A massive three-headed beast. Each head attacks independently with fire breath and bite attacks. One of the most impressive boss fights visually. Very high health pool.

5. Knight Phantoms

Location: Knight Stronghold (underground)

A group of six ghostly knights that fight together. They become more aggressive as their numbers decrease. Unique group boss mechanic.

6. Ur-Ghast

Location: Dark Tower (top)

A giant ghast hovering above the Dark Tower. Shoots fireballs and summons smaller ghasts. You need to destroy the towers that power its shields.

7. Alpha Yeti

Location: Yeti Lair (Snowy Forest)

A huge yeti that throws ice blocks and charges at players. Found in the snowy biome area of Twilight Forest.

8. Snow Queen

Location: Aurora Palace (Glacier)

The final Twilight Forest boss. Rides atop an ice crystal and has both melee and ranged ice attacks. Defeating her completes the Twilight Forest progression.

Eternal Starlight

A newer magical dimension mod with its own boss progression. Access the dimension through the Eternal Starlight portal. Use Seeking Eyes to locate boss structures.

1. Gatekeeper

Difficulty: Medium

A mini-boss that guards dimensional portals. Your first encounter in Eternal Starlight. Relatively straightforward fight.

2. Starlight Golem

Location: Golem Forge

Difficulty: Hard

Found in the Golem Forge structure. To damage it, you need to destroy the generators powering it first. Only then does it become vulnerable to attacks.

3. Lunar Monstrosity

Location: Cursed Garden

Difficulty: Hard

A plant-like monstrosity in the Cursed Garden biome. Key mechanic: you need to set it on fire before you can deal significant damage. Bring flint and steel or fire-based weapons.

4. Tangled Hatred

Difficulty: Medium-Hard

A mini-boss encounter. Less complex than the main bosses but still dangerous. Part of the Eternal Starlight progression.

Ars Nouveau

The Ars Nouveau magic mod includes four boss encounters. These are summoned using the Tablet of Summon Wilden, crafted from materials found throughout the world.

Wilden Hunter, Guardian & Stalker

Summoned via: Tablet of Summon Wilden

Three individual bosses, each with different abilities. The Hunter is fast and aggressive, the Guardian is defensive with high armor, and the Stalker uses ranged attacks. Defeating all three is required to summon the Chimera.

Wilden Chimera

Summoned via: Tablet of Summon Wilden (after defeating all three Wilden)

Difficulty: Hard

The main Ars Nouveau boss. Combines abilities from all three Wilden types, switching between attack styles. Drops valuable magical materials used in high-tier Ars Nouveau crafting.

Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks

The Dead King

Location: Generated structures

Difficulty: Hard

An undead sorcerer boss added by Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks. Casts various offensive spells and summons undead minions. Drops the Blood Staff, one of the powerful spell weapons in the mod.

Vanilla Bosses (Enhanced)

The standard Minecraft bosses are still present and relevant in ATM10:

The Warden

Deep Dark biome. Not technically a boss (no health bar) but extremely dangerous. Drops Sculk Catalyst. The Deep Dark is also where you mine Allthemodium, making it an important area for progression. See our dimensions guide.

Ender Dragon

The End dimension. Standard fight but with better gear available. Defeating it is required to access End resources like Unobtainium.

Wither

Summon with 4 Soul Sand + 3 Wither Skeleton Skulls. Drops Nether Star, which is needed for various recipes including summoning The Harbinger (Cataclysm).

Combat Tips for ATM10 Bosses

Gear Up: Osmium armor from Mekanism provides better protection than Netherite early on (helmet: +4 armor vs +3). An Osmium Paxel deals 14 attack damage, making it one of the best early weapons. Check our weapons & gear guide.
Use Enchantments: The Decrepitude enchantment causes enemies to bleed a percentage of their health, which is incredibly effective against high-HP bosses. Get it from the Crystalline Flower in the Bumblezone dimension.
Bring Healing: Stock up on Golden Apples and potions. Consider Infinity Ham (a relic item) for unlimited food. Fruit Punch from Farmer's Delight also provides great saturation.
World Tiers (Apotheosis): Apotheosis adds world difficulty tiers that affect mob strength. Higher tiers mean tougher mobs but better loot. Be aware of your current tier before engaging bosses.
Flight is Essential: Many bosses are much easier with flight. Get a wooden jetpack early, then upgrade to Mekanism Jetpack or an Infusion Pylon for infinite creative-like flight.
